We lead small groups of men, usually in their thirties and forties, who are wondering what life is all about.
In making the year-long commitment, participants in Cadre Adventures read, reflect and journal, widening their lens and gaining new perspectives. The goal is to create a new vision for their lives and help them find their joy.

Steve knew a lot about principled leadership, which he generously shared with us whenever we were together.
