We facilitate workshops, small groups and individual meetings to help people uncover what is holding them back from living the life they were meant to live; and consider choices that will give more meaning to their lives and make them happier.

Our workshops "go deeper," encouraging inner exploration and calling for accountability and action.

Cadre Adventures for small groups

We lead small groups of men, usually in their thirties and forties, who are wondering what life is all about.

In making the year-long commitment, participants in Cadre Adventures read, reflect and journal, widening their lens and gaining new perspectives. The goal is to create a new vision for their lives and help them find their joy.
